Sign on the Yellow Ribbon

Yesterday, anti-war protesters were met by a strong show of pro-war activists in D.C.

The phrase "support our troops" has been successfully equated with "support the war" by those who want this war and don't seem to mind the costs being paid by the American people(in lives and dollars).

"Supporting the troops" apparently does not extend to the Iraq War vets who fought in and are now against the war. Nor does it seem apply to those vets who are so badly maimed they can not be patched up and sent back for yet another tour.

Actually, I admired those who are both believe in this war and are there fighting it. It is the cowards here in the U.S. that keep shouting "Win the war!" but are not signing up to go that I have no respect for.

Any pro-war protesters in D.C. yesterday can easily find the nearest recruiting offices at www.goarmy.gov. They are currently taking volunteers. Age, physical condition, and mental/emotional condition should not inhibit pro-war enthusiasts from signing up.
